In the second quarter of 2024, Europe's favorite theme park apps on the Android platform exhibited varying trends in downloads and active users, according to Sensor Tower's latest analysis. Here's a closer look at how each app performed during this period.

Disneyland® Paris experienced a fluctuation in downloads starting at 24K in the first week of April and peaking at 27K towards the end of the month. Downloads then gradually decreased to 20K by the end of June. Weekly active users also saw a declining trend, with numbers dropping from 54K to 48K over the quarter.

Europa-Park & Rulantica showed an increase in downloads from 8K in the first week of April to a peak of 16K in early May, then stabilized to around 10K by the end of June. Active users mirrored this trend, starting at 10K and reaching a high of 18K in May, before settling at 13K.

PortAventura World downloads began at 6K in April and saw a spike to 7K in early May, followed by a decline to 4K mid-quarter, and a significant increase to 9K in the last week of June. The app's active users started at 19K, with minor fluctuations, and experienced a noticeable rise to 23K by the end of June.

Futuroscope had its downloads start at 4K, peaking at 10K in early May, and then a drop-off to 3K towards the end of the quarter. Active users showed a similar pattern, with an initial 5K in April, a peak at 12K in May, and a decrease to around 4K to 6K in June.

Lastly, Karls saw an initial high of 10K downloads in the first week of April, which then experienced a sharp decline to 2K in mid-April, and a gradual recovery to 4K by the end of June. Active user data for Karls was not provided.
